  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Users are eligible for a full refund within 1 days of subscription purchase if they are dissatisfied with our services.

    • Refund requests made after 1 days will not be entertained.

  2. Refund Process

    • To request a refund, please contact support@vstream.digital with your registered email and transaction details.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, subject to your bank/payment gateway’s policies.

  3. Duplicate / Failed Transactions

    • If you are charged twice or your transaction fails but the amount is deducted, we will initiate a full refund after verification.

  4. Cancellation of Subscription

    • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

    • Cancellation will stop future auto-renewals, but no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

  5. Technical Issues

    • In case of prolonged technical outages or service unavailability from our end, we may offer subscription extensions or partial refunds at our discretion.
